Has anybody reported fraud or abuse for federally funded VI projects? The Dept of Education posted reporting info in the newspaper the other day.
I was tempted many times to report VINGN for what I consider waste of federal funds, but didn't think I had enough specifics to fully explain the waste issues that I saw.
A friend in the States wasn't even aware that you could report fraud and abuse. I would love to see some of the reports and how they were resolved, even if they're not from here. Stories about reporting would encourage more to report.
