I had heard that the suit over Sapphire Beach may be settled. Does anyone know anything about this? I hope that this clears the decks for the restaurants and bars to reopen and for Sapphire to return as a full service property.

Can you tell me more details..I am a travel nurse and Sapphire Village is one of the places companies use to house travelers? I hadn't heard any rumblings from other travelers, so perhaps the suit involves the 'beach' and not the 'village".
