Hi I am bringing my dog from the states using Seabourne from Puerto Rico. Can anyone tel me a brand of dog carrier that fits under their seats?

I agree about calling the airline directly. I'm a fan of Sturdi products. Good quality and great customer service, if you need it. Looks like they might have something that will fit Seaborne's size limits. These bags are flexible, so you can squish them (the bag, not the dog) a bit to make them fit.
