Seeking Help with Land, STX

Hello there everybody. As always, I hope all is well with you. I am looking for some assistance in networking (once again) and cannot think of a better place to go!

As I hope to increase my plant stock to around 2,000 plants in various forms (seedlings, small pots, large pots and in ground plants as plants to be propagated), I am looking for 1/4-1/2 acre (or more if I can afford it!) preferably going West from St. Croix. I am not seeking to build, but some degree of being fairly level is important to keep the pots upright.

As I am on disability, and going through that process did not do great things for my credit, I would need to find some form of owner financing on land that is perhaps owned but not used, or even having the intention of using it. I need no utilities although having future access to water would be important.

I can commit up to $400 per month of my disability check towards this land per month until I recieve my retroactive reimbursement, at which time I can pay in full. I would be willing to pay the attorney's fee or half of it, whichever makes sense, if someone were willing to work with me.

I am an extremely honest and integritous person, and have never not paid something, save for right after my accident when I didn't even know my own name.

Any leads would be appreciated. As it may be important to the person, I also have no plans on stripping land, but rather working around what is there, and only removing our beloved Tan Tan and other brush so the plants again can find a home.

My email address is [email protected], and I hope to commit to under 23K for this venture.

Thank you again for any support you can render me,

Dan

Have you talked to the folks who run the organic vegetable operation across from Cheeseburgers? There appears to be some unused land, maybe, even water at that location.

Do you need to own the land? If it is for your business/pleasure, why not lease a bit of land and save your cash? I'm sure there are people that would be happy to put a small piece of property to good use... maybe even for free. Just a thought.
