Did anyone else read this story in today's St Croix Source?

Yes I did and this is one of the things that drive me nuts. For a long time Waste management kept this quiet. About two years ago I began to write letters to EPA region 2 in NY which includes the Caribbean. I wrote and called the Regional Directorin Puerto Rico. I never recieved a response but just aftr WM began notifications and beach postings.

I call Region 2 in NY at 212-637-3666

Spill and enviromental reporting 787 729 6826

WA is supposed to report EVERY discharge.

Make some noise, let's put some pressure on WM..............
