Short Answer: 2 options for shipping vehicle from FL to USVI are Crowley - receiving location Jacksonville or Tropical - receiving location Riviera Beach.

Seastar also ships from Jacksonville. They were great to work with and I beleive the least expensive. If you do a google search for Seastar and Jacksonville you should find their website.

I also used Seastar to ship 2 cars to STX last year. They are located next to Crowley, accept cars 24 hours per day (unlike Crowley), are about the same price, and (unlike Crowley) have no requirement for your car to be on their lot several days before shipping. My vehicles were dropped off by a third party the day before shipping but got lost in the process somehow. When I called the morning the ship was leaving to verify everything was in order they had no record of my cars being dropped off. I described what they looked like, they checked their parking lot, found them, and they shipped out that afternoon.

Do you know how much it is going to cost you, yet? I am thinking about shipping mine when I move from Orlando next month.

Hi Jen,

I would recommend calling the shipping companies that you are interested in using. We just shipped two vehicles in February, via Crowley, but with the price of gas fluctuating the way it is nowadays, I wouldn't be surprised if the prices have changed since then. Also, the shipping cost is based on the size and weight of the car, which is another reason why it is best to call directly. It is quick and easy to obtain a shipping quote over the phone.
