have a rather bizarre new problem at my home, in the last 3 months I have found most of my t-shirts, which I hang-up have small holes in them, are there moths or some other bug here in the islands that eat cotton? any info would be greatly appreciated .

It's most likely roaches; call an exterminator or set off "bombs" in your closet.
