Anyone else notice there's been a single engine plane circling constantly over center island St Croix since this morning? I see only the north leg of it's pattern (it disappears behind the hill to my south) It seems to be circling the Sunny Isle area and maybe the refinary since about 8:00 AM. It's now going on 2:00 PM and it's still up there.
