it does not say, but is this the reason for the complex ill students and the odor in that area

That would be my guess. The court house and the school are in very close proximity. I heard that 200 ppm of H2S was measured in the line. That's a lot of H2S.

when i first heard about it was right after we went home do to sewer cleaning , my first thought was the sewer for them too.

200 PPM is outrageous... it may, on severe cases, kill you...
Quite obvious Hovensa was not always to be blamed...
