I haven't been able to make or receive calls all day on STX. Also no text or data access. When I try to call out I get a recording asking me if I want to make a collect call.
Anyone else having issues with Sprint on island?

That sounds like a problem with your individual service?

That's why I'm asking. I've had this happen before though and it wasn't my individual service but island wide. Quite a few times.
Usually if it's my service I can still dial *2 to get customer service but I'm getting the same message even when I try that. Can't make a call = can't find out.

No issues here, or at least not that issue. I've had an intermittent problem the last few days where it looks like the call is connected but is just dead air. It's happened both on STX and STT.

I figured out the problem, I had taken a "PRL" update which stands for "Preferred Roaming List" that somehow messed up my service. I was able to fix it by doing another PRL update from the updates menu and then also doing an "Update Profile." All came in after that.
