Wow... I saw the photos of the Villa Fairview from an earlier thread... so this is a different building? I can't wait to come see these in more detail and maybe hear a few stories from Ronnie. What do you say, can we trade a few beers and a lunch for a little history guide?

No, it wasn't. Fairview was mentioned in an earlier thread and seemed to also have historical significance... did I interpret that wrong?

It was built as a home by an English Jew in the 1800s. Been sold about 4 times before me. There were town dances held there in the grand ballroom. Not much else that I know of.
