Hello All:
I'm interested in relocating to St. Thomas in August 2008 and would appreciate any information regarding 2bdrm 1bath apartments, condo, or houses that are reasonably priced in a great neighborhood near or on the beach, and university area.

If you want to be near the University, it's on the west end of the island so looking in that area or the North side would probably be what you want. Check the Classified section of this forum by clicking on the Forum List at the top of the page. You need to look at anything in person so don't rent before you visit.

Sorry for responding so late to your reply. Thanks, I'll check out the west and north-side utilizing this site and visit before I rent. Does anyone else have any suggestions?
