Know of anyone? Or, is that another oxymoron?

Thanks.

Novanut........we have used OTL [On The Level] in Gallows Bay and were satisfied with the service.....haven't used them this year yet, but I would guess that the service would be of the same quality.

They're no longer in Gallows Bay. We used to have them work on our A/C and plumbing but the spotty service and return visits to re-do things became too much.

OTL is not in Gallows Bay anymore...not sure where they went. I use Nelson's Cooling for my AC service. Nelson is a great, friendly guy who knows his stuff. Reasonable prices.

How often should the units be serviced?

It's good to do annually. Amazing how much stuff (dirt, dust, an occasional critter/bug, fur and other gunk gets trapped in A/C systems. I was amazed the first time I had mine done just for a thorough cleaning.

Very bad for people with allergies to depend on A/C and not have it completely cleaned regularly. And I am not talking about just the filters. The entire unit needs flushing out. Both inside and outside units for split A/Cs.
