Hello everyone,
We are gonna be on STX Nov. 19-26 for our pre-move visit. I want to take a day to look at some houses to get an idea of the market there. We plan to rentat first, but we want to purchase a house as soon as possible. I want to go ahead and get an idea of what we can afford and where.

I have talked to Alexandra Marshall and she has been a HUGE help with finding the right house for us to buy! She has also helped us to find a rental house until we find a house to buy. But she is not going to be on the island the week we are gonna be there. I was hoping that someone could recomend another realtor who might be able to show us some houses in our price range.

Thanks,
Brooks

I would see if Alexandra has an associate that could show you around. She is great to work with, and is great on follow-up after the sale.
