T-Mobile coverage on East End of St. Croix?

Good morning...

Can anyone comment on T-Mobile wireless coverage and reliability on the southeast end of St. Croix? Specifically, the Grapetree Bay area. Their coverage-map DOES indicate service on the island, but I'd like to know if anyone has experience with it, way out east.

On a related subject, do any other wireless companies besides AT&T and Sprint (and presumably, T-Mobile) now treat St. Croix as local/non-roaming?

Thanks for any information.

I had Sprint in the past and there was never any roaming charges. I don't believe that ATT does either. I cannot comment on Tmobile.[/b

I had t-mobile when I arrived. There were spots, but nothing reliable. No roaming charges if you call them before you come. In the end, I switched to AT&T within a few days- far more coverage down here. If you're in the states and staying for a while, switch first- you'll have better phone options and customer service.

No matter your service provider, in my experience, once you hit cramers park area, no good service.

We tried them all but ended up with AT&T.
