Yes, most likely. It would be a shame to let the tix go to waste.

I wish they'd hold it on the pier in F'sted so it could more easily accommodate the number of people who want to attend.

Tickets sold out before I even knew they were on sale. Anyone want to sell theirs? PM me. Not interested in scalper prices, though. By the way, when is it?

This Thursday at Divi Carina.

Stop by the Salud! Bistro booth and say hi! I'll be the one in the oversized chef coat sweating like crazy.

I didn't think tickets would sell out like they did. Juanita, wish I knew some folks who had extra tix but I can keep an ear out.

"Taste" tickets are always sold out almost immediately. They are among the hottest tickets in the VI every year.

Interesting thought, maybe a bigger venue would open the doors to more people, but it also might change the ambiance.

Noah,
Didn't realize you were the chef at Salud. Our favorite restaurant and hang-out!

IMO its the biggest deal of the year on stx. I love it. So much fun, its a big party with most of the people you already know on stx. And if you don't know them you get to met them. We learn our lesson after missing out on tickets our first couple of years. You get to one of the ticket selling locations at least an hour ahead of time. Tickets always sell out right away. And its all for charity. Volunteering is one way to get to go for free, but of coarse you will have to work as well.

Plus the food is simply incredible, the chefs really go out of their way to one up each other and win the awards. I'm just happy this year I managed to snag a poster.

Sorry you can't make it, Ronnie. I remember you posted before about it. Hopefully, next year we'll both make it. Anyone else have tickets to sell?

Chefnoah, your Spanish dinner and wine pairing at Salud last night was wonderful. Your did a superb job with the preparation and presentation. Please keep the desert on the regular menu.

Hey Juanita glad to hear that! Next time you're in, ask for me.

Boyd46 thanks for the compliments. This week has been a bit crazy but we pulled it off. I think the dessert will land on the next menu. All I have to say is, you had to get up at 5something a.m.? Ouch.

Chefnoah, Salud is one of our favorite places too, wonderful food and staff we've known for years.

You are surely an asset and we hope to enjoy your food for a long time.

Getting up early is a habit that started after Hugo.
