There may be a hole in the wall somewhere but last I heard not even that.

There used to be one in the Watapana Mall in Peter's Rest (near Cost U Less) and I think they also do tattoos at Ruel's Risque Wear in the United Shopping Plaza (where Plaza East is located) Their # is 719.5716. I got my one (and only!) tattoo in Old San Juan at Senzala Tattoo—worth a day trip or overnight for some shopping and a tattoo!

If you decide to visit St. Thomas (the sea plane is fun) you'll find a couple of tattoo places - one is across the street from Havensight which is the main cruise ship dock.

Going on Trade's idea..A new shop just opened up or is opening soon on Main Street, Rock City Tattoos, before Emancipation Gardens. I don't know any other landmarks other than I see it when I'm turning on Main Street from the Fort. I was visiting a friend in Christiansted and we chatted up a waitress. She said she didn't know any on St. Croix and even if she did she'd rather get piercings/tattoos done on St. Thomas. That was her 2 Cents.
