Hi,

My boyfriend and I are considering on relocating to STT next year. The only think we are a little concerned about is our jobs.

My boyfriend owns a small contracting company here in New Jersey and we are looking to see what STT would have available for him to do.

Does anyone have suggestions on starting a small business on STT that would cater to repair or maintenance of homes, apartments, condos and preferably rental units?

Any suggestions would be very appreciated.

I know plenty of people in condos, myself included who would love a repair person who would show up, do the work correctly, give a fair price, etc. I doubt you'd have many problems. Also, regular homeowners would need it too. Check it out if you come for a pre-move visit. If you then decide to leap in, I'd suggest having LeBron & Associates to get your business license for you. He's invaluable.

Handymen, carpenters or installers are in high demand in STT. Have him go to Sibs any workday around 4:30 and he'll meet plenty of guys.
