where on stt do you go to check on the title to your house to be sure there are no liens against it?

Behind the hospital at the rear of the VI Medical Center, there's a hardware store & upstairs is where you go.

I`ve searched plenty properties here in St. Thomas, never used the on line feature (was always incomplete).
Is it (somewhat) complete, & is it free?
It is free to do your own search @ the Lt. Gov office above builders Emporium.
