Topsiders (shoes) on STX??

I'm looking for a new pair of topsiders (Sperry or equivalent) and I'd like to buy local if possible. My previous pair came from St. Croix Marine. Yeah, I know, who'd have guessed they sold shoes. Not surprisingly, they no longer stock them.

Can anyone direct me to a place that carries them or something similar?

Thanks

i was going to suggest them. hubby bought a pair long ago. most marine stores i have been in sell shoes, shirts hats....
used to be quiet storm, but they left long ago. not sure if there is still one on stt. is so and you know the size and style you want-they might be able to ship to you. not sure about the shoe store at sunshine mall?? or i think its black beards downtown. one of those stores right by the purple papaya?? i know they had Birkenstocks and tevas.

Call Dive Experience on the Boardwalk. I've bought some great sandals there over the years.

What about Budget Marine?
They have locations on STT and STX.
Many marine stores sell docksiders, etc. as was mentioned.
They're in Gallows Bay. 778-2628.
If not in stock there maybe STT location will have.

SunnyCaribe,

When did you check with St. Croix Marine? They should have them...maybe check them again.

Thanks for the suggestions. I will check them out.

I was in STX Marine yesterday and they had one pair of men's shoes, not topsiders, not my size nor my style, and 5 pairs of women's shoes. I guess it says something good about topsiders that they are well-enough made and long lasting enough that sales volume doesn't justify the retail floor space to stock them.
