Did Ken MAPP travel this much when he was not the Governor? Seems like he leaves every month and right around the time when the violence spikes.

He couldn't afford to on his own dime but now that's he's got a government issued credit card, Carte Blanche to do as he pleases on taxpayer dollars, hey, sky's the limit!
