For military retirees:

With respect to medical evacuation, I received this message from Tricare for Life (English majors disregard the faulty reference):

"As a retiree living in the US Virgin Island aero medical evacuation services are not covered under Tricare for Life."

wouldn't the VA cover this for free if eligible for VA health care?
