I went to Mail boxes etc. yesterday to pick up my mail and I had a Thank You card from one of my guests in my box that was sent to me on July 23, 2009 from Virginia.
Wow, that took a long time to get here. Very crazy.

Yep, that's our Postal Service...unreliable as can be! Haha! The one thing you CAN count on ...is that they can't be counted on! Haha!

It is definitely hit or miss. I called my dentist in the states about a refund check on Tuesday. The check was here on Saturday.

I sent a package to Tahiti. It was returned a little over a year later marked undeliverable. It was sent TO HAITI! We laughed and ate all the candy the package contained!

We got a Christmas card last week. I assume it was from this past Christmas.....who knows, it could have been from the year before or even earlier..

Pamela, too funny!

Mailboxes etc can be sketchy too...I wouldn't automatically assume that it was the USPS if MailboxesEtc was anywhere in the chain.
