Ronnie is a frequent poster on this forum and maybe you could send him a PM and ask him. I seem to recall from previous posts that VF is pet-friendly to a degree where small animals are concerned.

From what I remember while I was there, it depends largely on the pet and owner. Give him a call, his phone number is on the Villa Fairview's web page.

Most times the pets are better tenants than their owners!!! Never had a dog do what some people have. I accept cats and small dogs. Well behaved larger dogs, maybe.

Hi Ronnie

Great website. My husband and I are looking to relocate to Cabes Point/East End area of St. Thomas. Can you give us any information on finding a longterm rental property, preferably 2bed/2bath.

Thanks.

Tori
