We've noticed the last few days our lights & appliances seemed to have power surges & brown outs. After checking all the possible issues inside the house it was determined it was from the pole to the house.
Called Wapa this AM & reported the problem............took 3 different people but finally they agreed to come out.
Got a call couple hrs later they were lost & we gave the easy (we're on the main drag) directions again & like 5 mins later they were here!!!
They replaced the connections & checked out a few things......very polite & helpful. And the problem is now solved.
So as I write my check out to them this month, I will try & focus on the service of this day ...........grit my teeth and mail it with a smile!

I was afraid to keep reading thinking you'd gotten terrible service. Great that it turned out so well. Nice service people make everything less painful.
