I've been thinking about putting in some sort of water filtration/UV system in my home. We've never had such a system and use bottled water for drinking. Any suggestions or links to systems you've bought and are happy with?

We have a Raindance UV filter system in our house. Works fine.

We got ours from http://www.h2osplashwaterfilters.com/

Triple filter (1 sediment and 2 carbon) with U/W light.

Good prices and they ship to the VI.

Got mine at Gallows Bay Harware.
They've got (or used to have) a display with
2) partical filters
1) carbon filter
1) UV black light filter
They've also got all the replacement filters in-stock. Thats primarily why I used their system. Had it for about three years now and no issues whatsoever.

We have had a Seagull: https://generalecology.com/category/marine-rv/product/seagull_iv_x-1f_purifier_with_faucet for 15+ years. Love it.

Did you buy locally and are parts readily available if needed?

No. Bought it from General Ecology. Only parts have been the filters which we buy by the 1/2 dozen.
