Are you ready to take inquiries on the apartment? My wife and I need a long term rental starting June 1st while we explore and decide where we want to buy. I love St. Thomas. I am seriously considering a move. I would like to spend a couple of months there first before I sell everything and move. Need a one bedroom apartment with washing machine. If anyone can help, please let me know. I am a retired probation officer and would definitely consider a nanny position. Thanks!

I must say I am enjoying our new home, but every time I encounter an annoyance in the home my first thought is to call the landlord. Doh, but I am the landlord!!!!
