What are some hard-to-get items on the islands

Oh, and another thing. The rents here on STT for most retail space is VERY expensive. It's even more expensive in STJ so that also explains higher prices.

I know how pricey the rents are in Havensight so naturally Gourmet Gallery there has to charge much more than say, Pueblo near the airport. Also, Gourmet Gallery can't get the lower prices for volume items that Pueblo can so the price of sugar or flour will be much more expensive.
