where on the island can I find kids lifejackets? Kmart didn't have my son's size and only had one option.

did you try both kmarts? often the one at sunny isle is out of stuff but the one out west will still be in stock.

Check with the local dive shops. I know N2 The Blue had them at one time.

The majority of marine stores will have them. In STT -try the one at American Yacht Harbor or at Independant Boat Yard.
If you need to, you can also call Caribbean Inflatables to see if they have or can order age specific lifevests for the kids.
