Where can we find a good selection of curtains and shades on STX?

If you're looking for custom, try travler's tree. Otherwise the broadest selction of curtains and by no means the best is probably kmart, the dollar store in sunny isles has alot of curtains as well but they look pretty cheap. Carlos Furniture store also has a largish selction of curtains as well but same problem as the dollars store, all that very shiny cheap looking stuff.

No one has a large selection of shades. Kmart has some as well as Gallows bay hardware. I would order online at jcpennys or someplace like that, if you need shades.

i just looked at a paper insert for jc penny's and they have 70%off all bali, jcpenny home collection, phase 2 & studio blinds and shades & jcpenny interiors made-to-measure draperies, top treatments, bedding and accessories

There are lots of on-line options on shades.  You also might try Home Depot as the state side stores typically have a selection of shades they cut to order (I don’t recall seeing this here, but I haven’t looked).
