Wow. Seven whole pages of broken promises by the President. Good thing there are twice as many pages of promises he kept.

you can find the same for basically every president 😉

Campaign promises die in December.

When did obama promise to start assassinating US citizens via drone strike?

Your really gonna talk that guy up?

The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), which has been tracking hate crime activity in the U.S. for 30 years, says that more than 400 acts of hateful harassment and intimidation have taken place since Donald Trump’s (s)election as president. The organization tracked the activity through Nov. 14.

Does it track the beatings of school children that supported Trump also, or is this a one sided report? No, it does not.

Does it have asterisks to show which ones were fake and later rescinded? No, it does not. (had another one in FL rescinded yesterday).

Does it note the spray paintings where the culprit has not been identified (and usually by the left) ? No, it does not.

This is another obviously one sided report.

Was in Manhattan last weekend. Walked up to Central Park, which I think is the greatest thing in NYC. Afterwards, came out around the 5th & 29th corner of the park and walked smack into the protesters outside of Trump Towers.

When did Central Park South expand all the way down to 29th St.? I didn't get the notice 😮 Lol

5th Ave & 59th St. ~ Central Park South
Trump Tower ~ 5th Ave. between East 56th & 57th St. Nice stopover to use their restrooms 😉 but that is all it's good for.

@singlefin, I know you probably made a typo or somehow you were really lost 😀

Because too many people liked his hate spewing, misogynistic, bigoted, ignorant, misanthropic sycophantic, narcissistic, racist, sexist, xenophobic, pathologically lying, KKK endorsed, white supremacist, hypocritical, divisive, war hawking rhetoric?

And the fact that the electoral college overrode the popular vote for Clinton?

Because when you incorrectly label a group of people, you make them angry and they stick together. When you make a sweeping statement about a group of people, they act as one. When you label people as 'them' and 'those people', they take offense and support each other. When you beat a dog and back it into a corner, you should not be surprised when it bites you.

I truly believe that this presidency is a disaster in the making.
I pray I'm wrong but I do not think that any one of you can deny that he and those he's chosen and will continue to keep by his side are hate spewing, misogynistic, bigoted, misanthropic sycophantic, narcissistic, racist, sexist, xenophobic, pathologically lying, KKK endorsed, white supremacist, hypocritical, divisive, war hawking, fascist, demagogues that have an agenda that shall only serve a chosen few.

Maybe some of those people that voted for him are not into character assassination.
Maybe they just need a job.

Possibly many that voted for him are just sick of what this country has become.

I think that the above paragraph is more hateful than anything I've ever heard Donald Trump say. It seems that your views are the only ones that are acceptable. It's pretty sad really.

The fact is Hillary lost and no amount of name calling is going to change that.

I for one after witnessing the lunatic behavior of some of the left am very thankful that the country is headed back toward the middle.

Your absolutely right, lying for 7 pages is completely ok when you made it up for with 2x as many of not lying.

I love people who tell the truth to me 1/3rd of the time.. good people.

Let me re-state (as I am probably one of the few here that proudly claims that I am neither R nor D in affiliation... I think participating in any part of that system is equatable to giving authority to someone else to rule over you, I need no one to rule over me. And I work for the Federal Government.. so clearly I am still human) This elections out come was not a surprise to anyone but the clintons. They fucked up royally int he global drug trade (see portugal and the recent political - drug dealings) the Clintons are being kicked out of the global elite club, that does NOT mean trump is a savior, he will be our transitional president; he will lead us into a more humble place at the world table and maybe be blamed for the economic disaster that is coming (and was not his fault... not obama's fault either...a complex topic for a later thread)

You are labeling his supporters just like was done before the election. Putting all the deplorables in one basket. It's an insult and a lie that you continue to perpetuate.

It's over.

She's calling trump and those he has chosen those names. Not you. At least in this post.

I get that many on the left attribute the same labels to those who voted for him, and that's just as wrong as the labels I've endured. I too have a problem reconciling the values he's displayed with the values of the people who supported him, many of whom are family and good friends. I believe it's how we perceive the terms we are using, and the weight we give those characteristics. Here's an interesting take on the disconnect. I know it's a leftie source. But it offers one good explanation of why people can't see eye to eye on the subject.

Slate: Donald Trump is a Racist . . . .

I wasn't labeling you.
I was labeling the people he is surrounding himself with as his advisors
and appointing to his cabinet.
You can't seriously tell me Steve Bannon is not a racist nor a misogynist.
If people don't speak out against these abhorrent behaviors and beliefs,
it becomes accepted and to me, that is unacceptable and, yes, deplorable, too.

Ah, so you see then that she wasn't labeling you. Good.

But since you cut my post off in the middle of my sentence, are you dismissing that this propensity toward labeling by association is not just a left phenomenon? Because, by association with candidates and causes I support, I have been, as a class and directly, called a commie, baby-killer, Muslim terrorist/pro-ISIS, racist, anti-family, taker, and many other names, some of which are too vulgar to post. Should we not feel that we are being insulted as well, when we, as a class, are personally mis-characterized?

One thing I have learned is to accept people at their word and believe their actions. I hope the VI stays out of Trump's crosshairs given it is populated by a black majority. (you know, THE blacks.)

Frightening to think what kind of jackboot fascism the VI will experience if/when it defaults on its bonds and the Feds step in.

Racists. Islamophobes. Corporate cronies. Wall Street insiders. Trump’s administration is already resembling the man himself: vehemently bigoted and devoted to enriching the powerful and privileged. He's not draining the swamp, he's filling it with more deplorables.

Sarah Palin is reportedly being considered to take a position as one of Trump’s top cabinet leaders, specifically, the Interior Secretary of the Department of the Interior. In that role, Palin would be in charge of the country’s natural energy resources and America’s climate change policies.

Yes, a woman who doesn’t believe in global warming, or evolution for that matter, will be running the department in control of our energy resources. Palin is a big supporter of the oil industry and all the money it brings in, regardless of the price the planet will pay, so you can imagine what her agenda will be.
