Anyone know about the excavation/building going on across the road from the Anna's Hope sign in STX? What's going in? (probably in the wrong forum section)

So these new low income housing units, are they the replacements for ones down town C'sted close to the sea plane? (Whatta mess! HUGE debris pile behind the stripped out buildings. - and what will become of them.........yet another unsightly scab on the landscape here in STX)
