Hello
I am looking to sublet my beautiful aptmt with a breathtaking view of the harbor for the summer
I am leaving island and my lease is up Aug 25th
I'm looking for someone to share my apt with my female roommate age 24 and her cat.
She will be staying through September 25th
Bills include $450 for rent, cable and electricity and security
Apt will be available for rent after my lease is up if you are interested in staying on.
My car is also for sale for $4,300 obo. It is a 98 Suzuki Esteem

When are you leaving? Is your roommate a smoker? I am off island now and will be returning June 6th. Where on the island is the apartment located?

Hi Jamie, I'm looking to leave right around that time so that would be great, Apartment is the lower level of a nice house with the view of the harbor in Scott Free near Crown mountain up from Nisky center. No cigattes! Great location, 3 minutes from the beach, 2 minutes from town. E-mail me directly for more info and tell me more about yourself. Thanks
