I have recently renovated a large fully furnished studio condo at Regatta Point. It is approximately 700 sq feet. The complex has a gated entrance, 3 pools and a tennis court. Bolongo beach is a short walk away. I would like to get a tenant for 6 months to a year. No pets are allowed. This unit is close to the pool. I am asking $1600 a month plus utilities and a $1600 deposit. I will email pictures upon request. Please email me at [email protected].
