Furnished 1 bedroom/1 bath for rent in Frenchman's Bay Estates. Available 3/1/07

Very large living room, washer/dryer, A/C in bedroom, big deck overlooking donkey hill and Caribbean. Quiet and safe area with very nice and considerate neighbors. We wouldn't be giving this up if we weren't leaving island.

$950/month. First and last to move in. You pay for all utilities.

Call Chris or Lindsey @ 776-9917 and we'll put you in touch with the landlord who lives off island.

Hi, my name is Kristi and my bestfriend and I are moving down there around the end of Feb. We were looking to live on St. John, but we would take a place on St. T. My friend has lived there before and knows a lot more about the islands than me, although I have been there two times. This place sounds great, and it sounds like it's in our price range also. The only question I have is where exactly is it located? Like what's it near on St. T? If possible would you please email me the landlords info? Thanks a lot!!! ~Kristi

Martin...call 775-7007 first thing in the morning and ask for Steve...he's the GM for a painting company (that's the work number) and he need to find a place just like that...I'd tell him myself, but I'm in Bardbados and he's not much of a computer person...
