Hey there!
I once again have a couple of people looking for rentals here in STX.
The first one is a good friend of mine...meaning I'll vouch for her.
She's looking for something in the Princesse/St. John area etc.
One person( plus her cat...security deposit if needed).
Great references. Ready anytime. Has to move due to new home-owners
ready to renovate their property. Looking in the $600 range??? not sure...

Second one is a customer I told that I'd pass along to you all.
Looking for a 1 BDR. Furnished that accepts dogs. Pref. East End areas, but not
limited to that. Price range around $650-700 ...pref. short term/month to month
until mid August.
