Room in 3 bedroom condo for rent, STX

We have a spot for rent in our 3 bedroom/3 bath condo in Pelican Cove. The room has its own private bathroom and patio access. It is a good size and comes furnished. The other roommates are a 27/m and 27/f who share the master bedroom and a 23/m. Ideally we would like another female to move in to even it out. We are very clean and the condo is beautiful. It is right on the beach and you have a great view of the ocean from the balcony. The condo complex has private security, an amazing pool and hot tub and is very peaceful. We have a washer and dryer, and A/C. Rent is 700/month plus utilities or 800 for a larger room but we can negotiate if needed.
