We have a studio for rent right above Sapphire Beach. It has one room with a queen size bed and a table and closets. There is a separate galley kitchen in another room as well as a very big bath room. It comes with all kitchen utensils. It looks right out over Sapphire Beach and St. John and BVI. It has AC and drapes. This is a quiet private house that is gated. There is a pool and a laundry. It comes with cable, wireless internet and gas for cooking. You pay water (6C/gallon) and electric. You can walk to Sapphire Beach, Lindquest and Pelican beaches. They are just a few minutes away. We have level parking so you don't need to park on a hill. The safari bus goes by our private road.

We are looking for a long term lease and a tenant who fits our family of tenants. We would consider a pet, if it was quiet and well trained.
You will not find a better place to live. You can sit in a hammock or swim in the pool, or just watch the beautiful views.
