Looking for a studio/1bdrm apt for rent. Location C'sted and East ward. Nov 1st time frame.
Rent $750 and below plus utilities...........looking for 6 mon lease & month 2 month from there, we are gearing up to start building soon hopefully.
Need secure off street parking. Cell phone & Internet needed & we will pay for those. (hub self employed & these are a must)
The roads need to be drive able for a sm low clearance car!!!!
We have a dog, who BTW is a service animal. Many are not aware of the laws of service animals, so pet friendly needed for those who do not know the laws.
We are clean,no drinkers/smokers in our early 40's & 50's & have lived on STX off & on for 5 years & know how to conserve.
Please PM if anyone has a rental.
