Responsible couple with excellent professional, personal, and rental references is looking to rent a 1-bedroom apt. We are originally from the NE US, we have been on island for many years, and we are educators.
We want to find a place that is $1100 or less including utilities. We are very energy and water conscious, following regular island protocols for island water use and setting our current AC no lower in temp. than 80 degrees at the times that we even use it.
PREFERENCES:
AC, but would consider a breezy place; pool and/or beach proximity; washer/dryer availability or hook-up; view
We have no pets and do not smoke. We are quiet, responsible, and clean.
