Any locals have any experiences with their kids (or themselves) being involved in Boy Scouts on the islands?

What kinds of things need to be done differently? What is being done well? What is needed to get more kids active in scouting?

ANY information would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!!

There are Boy Scouts here and they always can use more help! They do a big fishing tourneyment in August as their major fundraiser.
