Its not open yet. I heard from one of their local reps that they had an issue with getting unfrozen chicken tenders in big numbers over the holidays... so now they just need to time it with the shipping company.

apparently when you are dealing with fresh chicken, timing is everything.

I'm surprised they can find and ship fresh chicken in a manner that will allow them to sell large amounts.

My brother works at Raising Canes, he says the fresh food business is hard to master because of the short shelf life. I also heard they are timing their inventory, which makes sense.

Fresh chicken shipped from the States? I'm not sure that I think that would be safe.

I got it sky and thought it was funny. Time for the politically correct thought police to either take a nap or just lighten up. Sheesh.

Its open. Food is really tasty and good. Seems like they need a few days to get all their people trained.

Ditto on food, chicken tenders and fries, I can attest. Took 15 mins from order to receipt of food. Dipping sauces additional $.49 for each. Seems a little cheap to charge for these, but I guess that is the Leo's format. Need a little time to work kinks out in kitchen. But I will go back in about a week.

Food's awesome. I had the tenders and waffle fries. I was told that every 5 tenders comes with a free dip. Also told that they plan on rolling out the full menu (red beans and rice, gumbo, etc) at the grand opening, which is planned for next saturday. They are apparently on a soft opening, to train the employees and time inventory.

Lunch there today--i agree the fish is very good. Actually everything was good. The wait is a bit longer that the fast food places we are used to because food is made to order--nothing laying around under the heat lamp to dry out.
