Brad & Angelina in the VI?

I heard he was to be here for 4 days for filming. That's all I know.

Heard they aren't supposed to be there until early next year. Hordes swamped Heidi's last night, looking to get a glimpse! Wonder where rumors start?

Checked into Caneel Bay last night.

Admittance to Caneel grounds only for current guests with a key required to pass front gate, dock on Caneel property is closed to public traffic, restaurants on property are only serving Caneel guests, and they even shut down the airspace above the resort because of the helicopters.

The curious case of Benjamin Button.
The F. Scott Fitzgerald short story of the title is most well known for appearing in Fitzgerald’s collection, Tales of the jazz age. It tells the story of an elderly man who ages backwards. At the age of 50, he falls in love with a 30 year old woman and then must come to terms with the relationship as they literally grow in opposite directions! The film version will be a real change of pace for director David Fincher who previously made hard edged fare such as Seven and Fight club. Peter Donald Badalamenti, an actor and stunt performer who played one of the shortest pirates in Pirates of the Caribbean plays the old version of Benjamin who is played in younger incarnation by Brad Pitt. The rest of the cast includes Cate Blanchett, Tilda Swinton, Julia Ormond and Jason Flemyng.

Word from my source on WI is that it will be a romantic, stormy scene. Talk of "restoring" the pavillion building to an authentic 60s / 70s. Removing (temporarily) the palapas (and then putting them back). Bringing giant fans and lots of water over to simulate the stormy scene. Word is that its Kate Blanchett & Brad Pitt. Once they're gone, they've promised that the beach will be put back better than ever.

They were filming at water Island today, beach was closed off for public,... Brad arrived with a boat to the dock...then was put in a car to the beach....no Angelina has been seen on Water Island....
I was also told that Caneel Bay has not been closed to public....that are just rumours...
Anyone knows how long they are staying...and how does someone get this information anyway??

Brad and Angelina who?

THey were using the National Park dock yesterday - boats everywhere.....even Tropic Diver was being used as a filming platform of some sort. If I gave a hoot, I would have pulled out the long lens on the camera & played paparazzi.

Angelina wanted to get a go-fast boat to zip to the BVI early in the week from Nauti Nymph, but they were fresh out...she finally got one rented, but I forget from whom.

They eat, sleep & go to the bathroom like the rest of us, ya know? 🙂
