I'm trying to decide which of these Internet services to go with. their prices are comparable but which one is more consistent/ better service? can't wait to get there next week!

Another vote for Broadband. Great customer service and the actual Internet service is improving all the time.

Has anyone else heard the BBVI radio commercial where they read comments from a thread just like this one? 🙂

so happy to get so many responses. Bbvi it is! on a completely unrelated topic, does anyone know if there are any men's softball/ baseball leagues on the island? I've looked online, but the most recent postings are from 2004.

Boy thats a crap shoot - BBVI has been extrememly rude as a service provider from both a private custimer and business customer perspective in my book. I hate to admit it but Innovative has improved lately. Not that I'd recommend them yet....

Obviously in the minority where this thread is concerned but I'm happy with Innovative.

I have had both services and Innovative gets my vote. It's not very customer friendly at the office. However, once you've completed the task, it's been reliable and professional service.

Innovative was always pleasant to deal with but the speed was atrocious and getting worse, even when they brought in new equipment a month or so ago. BBVI has been far superior since I switched.

Virgin Islands Internet Providers:
1. BroadBAD VI
2. UN-innovative
3. NO Choice

But all jokes aside, BroadbandVI is the better of the three.
