Hi everyone,

I posted this on the classified section but wanted to post here as well...I am looking at possibly leasing some commercial space on STT. Do any realtors deal with leasing commercial space or just buying?? Anyone who can help, please let me know.

Thanks!

I guess it would help if I were a bit more specific, wouldn't it?! Sorry, I am home sick with a cold and I think all of the crap up in my head is making me less than bright at the moment!

Looking for small (no more than 500 sf) for a massage/Pilates/yoga practice. Would prefer something NOT on the East End since I am on the far West End, but would like to search my options. I did see one ad in the Daily News for space at the Professional Bldg. Looking for other options.

Thanks...

I know they have a massage therapist there already, but I see a sign on the new building that Dr. Alla is putting up in Sugar Estate. He owns 4 buildings and always has signs for lease. It's just about across from the Post Office.

You might check into space at Nisky Center -- close to you and depending on your clientele semi-convenient except for the far east enders. Plenty of parking which helps though.
The Hospital area is fairly accessible from everywhere - well, once the Sugar Estate/Havensite road work is over.
There are some rental signs on the highway across from Nisky School , drive through that area and check around.

Thanks, everyone...ExitZero, already checked at Nisky...nothing the size I am looking for and the parking there is a nightmare...great location, though. Ronnie, I will look into that space in Sugar Estate...I have driven by there many times but haven't taken notice of any new buildings...just not paying attention, I guess. Will check that out....
