Does anyone know of an active Cub Scout pack on St Thomas and where they meet? I've tried the search function and was unable to find anything on the forum about this. I know about Sea Base but that is a Boy Scout organization and my son is still to young for Boy Scouts. Thanks in advance!

I know St. Thomas Boy/Cub Scouts are under the Washington DC Capitol Area Council. Here is their contact information. http://www.bsacac.org/connect.php

I was very active in Boy Scouts in Massachusetts, and am hoping to get involved here in STT now that I live here. I just arrived this week.

In my past experience there are more boys who want to be cubs, than parents who want to be leaders. If you'd like to be a leader, they offer training. My kids are both grown now, but one of the best things I did with both of them was get actively involved in Scouting and work with the same kids from kindergarten through high school

Scouting is an awesome program that builds strong outstanding citizens and leaders. Good luck. If I can help any more, or if you find a troop locally that needs a hand, let me know!

They are sometimes in front of Main Street Post Office raising funds. I had the contact info, but not now. I'll ask around.
