Good day STX,

Occasionally I see posts where people say they have a house for sale.

if you are one or know of anyone who may be insterested in selling that’s currently not listed on MLS feel free to PM me.

Serious buyer here as we live in STX. Already pre approved locally.

Must have at least 3 bedrooms. Single family residence ballpark range of $425k. House with a secondary rental ballpark range of $525k.

We have given up hope to find a house with a pool in this price range, but if you had one…😀.

Thanks

Your ballpark seems a bit low from what I've seen recently. Prices will rise when activity at the refinery resumes.

The refinery Re-opening is a complete pipe dream and won't ever happen.  Look at how badly the Limetree morons botched things.  At best the refinery will be used for storage and 10-15% of its original capacity, like it is now.  But, it will never actually refine crude again.

So, to Knowlesstak, I think your prices are fine as long as you don' want all the bells and whistles.

Time will tell on the refinery. But, I'm hearing some good things from inside.

But, if the OP's price expectations were fine, realtors would be showing him houses to buy.

Apparently they're not because there is very little inventory and prices (and rents) are remain high.

A long time close friend of ours is interested in selling her 3BR home in March. Her home is in the Seven Hills/All For The Better area. It’s East End with an elevated view of Buck Island not far from Cheeseburger’s in Paradise. She just began working with this realtor.

A person from Kim Lucas’s realty office has previewed the home. I think (don’t know for sure) is in the price range you are looking for. As soon as I can figure out how to PM you I will share my real name & owners name.
