Hello,
I am making the move down to St. Thomas from Chicago in a couple of months.
Does anyone have any advice or info. on gym on the Island that is good for a nightly workout?
I'm not sure what is there, or if there is anything, but please let me know if you have any ideas.

There's one in Market Square East & also at the Mark Marin Center at Antilles School.

Not sure what you mean by nightly workout. Extreme closes at 9pm. There are no 24 hour gyms like you have in Big America. There is also a gym at Havensight at Paradise Gate. Once you have a place to live and a routine, you can figure out the best location.

there is a gym I believe at the elisian and there may be one at the wyndam. Give them a call.

Gym Sweeney/Seagrape Spa is at the Elysian. Journey's Spa is at Sugar Bay. 😎
