Get a Yagi antenna, a Wilson channelized cell booster, a repeater antenna.

The channelized booster has a switch. You can shut down the BVI signal and feed the booster a USVI signal.

Sprint offers internet service?

OT.........Sprint Mobile Broadband.......it works OK on STX but nothing like BBVI.........Plus you are limited with how much you use per month or you pay overage fees.......I use it for travel, it works all over the mainland and Hawaii.........
