To All Who Love Lindbergh Bay and who wish to Save our Sea Life from the disaster our beloved Administration has planned to dump toxic chemicals in our bay.

Please attend the Hearing and bring 12 copies of Testimony to present to the Senators.

Please send an e-mail to everyone you know that if you want to tesitify, and

please come prepared with 12 copies of your testimonial to present at the hearing.

You can feel free to fax however, it will put the Senators "on the Spot" by presenting your testimony in person in front of the board and the public.

Subject: Lindberg Bay Hearing

Good day,

Environmental Advocates and Concerned Citizens;

I hope all is well with each of you as we continue to work tirelessly towards a better, healthier Virgin Islands for all. Our environmental causes are many and each one take a different toll on the collective and we can get easily distracted if we are not careful. These hearing are right behind the other and it our responsibility to share information and position as soon as we are made aware of any hearing or public awareness that is essential our cause.

The Lindberg Bay project is scheduled for hearing on June 22, 2009 at 10am. This hearing is just as important as the first one that took testimony on this project. Please shuffle your schedule to ensure your presence. Read as much as you can, write as much as you can, and let all of our voices be heard.

I believe that we must make contact with each member of the committee via fax. Emails to this group does not get their attention. A phone call from any one of us will most likely not be returned so I would encourage each of us in addition to all of your friends to take a few inconvenient minutes and FAX your position to each member of this committee. This way they can read it, it is right in front of them, and it would minimize any excuse they can convey such as; I did not receive this information prior to the hearing etc.

Your faxed communication gives them a condensed scope of your position because by now you know all to well that most of them don't engage in the necessary research, any research or any process that includes thinking or the like.

I don't believe they will focus on this matter if we go silently into the midnight. Now, I am not suggesting this is the solution: however, a fax can be read and it is convenient and then you can follow up with a phone call to verify that they received your transmittal.

You will find at the end of this email a current list of fax numbers for each committee member so that you can send your position on this matter before June 22, 2009 at 10am.

" " Sprauve 693-3631
" " Dowe 693-3633
" " Foncie 693-3633
" “ Williams 693-3634

Please forward this email to everyone in your address book and ask them to do the same. A large amount of faxes will bring this project right back from there abbreviated memory and continue to make sure that they know that we have not forgotten about the proposed Dumping that is proposed for Lindberg Bay.
